Change Your Mailing Address
e-mail your new address to Janet_Hall@HTIonline.com. Please include your full name, 8 digit ID #, new address and the date your move is effective.
Change Your Telephone Number
e-mail your new telephone number to Janet_Hall@HTIonline.com. Please include your full name, 8 digit ID #, new telephone number and the date your new phone number is effective.
Change Your e-mail Address
e-mail your new address to Janet_Hall@HTIonline.com. Please include your full name, 8 digit ID #, new and old e-mail address and the date your new e-mail address is effective.
Refer a Friend
If you have friends and family who are interested in joining the Home Testing Institute panel, please send them to this site so they can join now.
Request Removal
If at any time, for any reason you choose not to be a member of the Home Testing Institute panel, you can request to have your membership terminated. Please send us an e-mail to Janet_Hall@HTIonline.com with your full name and 8 digit ID # and we will promptly remove you from our panel.
